Michael joined ADR in November 2025 and brings with him a strong background in customer service, along with experience in both medical and legal settings. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Michael enjoys building genuine connections with clients and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and understood throughout their experience. He takes pride in being approachable, attentive, and always ready to lend a helping hand.

Michael is a certified Spanish/English interpreter with a long-standing commitment to service. He completed volunteer work in Brooklyn, New York, from 2004 to 2006 and later studied Mandarin Chinese from 2019 to 2021 to further support his volunteer efforts and broaden his ability to connect with others.
Personal
Originally from Palo Alto, California, Michael spent most of his life there before moving to Reno, Nevada, in 2021. He has been happily married to his best friend, Raquel, for over 14 years and appreciates the opportunity to work alongside her. Michael is a proud dog dad to a Maltese named Luna. Outside of the office, he enjoys cheering on Bay Area sports teams (the 49ers, Giants, and Warriors), photography, cooking, watching movies, and playing video games.
