Prominent Reno estate planning law firm attorneys at Anderson, Dorn & Rader were invited to attend one of the nation’s premier legal educational conferences held in San Diego, CA from October 16-21, 2019. The American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys hosted their 26th annual Fall Summit, which included attendees from over 100 qualified estate planning law firms from around the country.

Renowned basketball coach and speaker, Steve Fisher, kicked off the Summit on Thursday with his keynote address focused on building and sustaining a strong team, and employing effective leadership skills. Our attorneys also received training on the newest developments in estate planning during the sessions: Ethics: Issues of Attorney Client Privilege and Ethical Issues When Changing Fiduciaries, Trust Administration, Disaster Preparedness, Document Fraud in Elder Abuse and Probate Cases, Engaging Clients in Advance Care Planning and End-of-Life Discussions, and Estate Planning Considerations in Divorce.
