Phoebe joined AD&R in 2019. Her professional experience includes a variety of positions in different areas, including the legal field.

Phoebe graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts; later completing additional coursework at the University of Washington.

Phoebe loves the region’s sunshine, natural beauty, and four distinct seasons. She enjoys concerts, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
